Corporate Services

Company training assessment can often be time and resource consuming, therefore Wall Street English Corporate Division staff help company HR Departments conduct independent Needs Assessment. In doing so, Wall Street English will compile:

  • Performance Analysis or Gap Analysis
  • Feasibility Analysis
  • Needs/Wants Analysis
  • Goal/Objective Analysis
  • Contextual Analysis

The resulting information will be analysed to create a unique training plan that incorporates the goals of your company, within a time frame to maximize your ROI.

Traditional English language schools cannot offer the same flexible learning schedule and learning environment that Wall Street English offers. We combine a dedicated team of professionals to give you the maximum return on your investment. Wall Street English provides solutions to your company’s English language needs.

The fixed lesson times of traditional schools are not compatible with the daily work pace of your employees. With flexible timetables, employees can complete their course when they choose, never interfering with their work.
Traditional classes are often up to 30 people of varying levels of knowledge and ability. Wall Street English has 20 different levels of English, so each student starts at exactly the right level for him/her.
The courses are not personalized to meet the needs of the employee therefore wasting valuable training costs with no guarantee of success. Personalized and self-paced course. Your course is customized to meet your specific learning requirements. Therefore, you are provided with the flexibility to adjust your study pace according to your personal and work requirements
Managers lack information about the progress and attendance record of their employees. Monthly reports on the student’s progress are emailed directly to training and general managers. The learners’ results are recorded in a formal certificate.
Teachers are usually inexperienced, and constantly changing. All Wall Street English teachers are qualified professionals. No foreign students or “tourists” teach at Wall Street English.
Missed classes mean “lost classes”, so employees fall behind, become demotivated and soon quit the course. Students do not lose classes as they may rebook classes they’re unable to attend. Each employee learns at his/her own pace, ensuring steady progress and sustained motivation.
Despite the stated objectives, classes tend to become “chat sessions” with no structured learning and little progress. The method is highly structured and systematic, combining a highly customized and focused study course with numerous complimentary and social activities. All students receive study plans with monthly objectives. Bilingual Personal Study Advisors are also available to guide, teach and assist.
In traditional classes of different ability levels, a secretary may learn more quickly than her boss. This situation is uncomfortable and may lead to loss of face. Only students at the same level will attend the same classes.

With as few as 5 enrollments, Wall Street English can offer discounted course options for our corporate partners. Agreements can be based on employee numbers, or levels of study or time studied. Even small businesses can benefit from Wall Street English unique and flexible approach to English language learning.

In addition to Wall Street English standard In-Centre study, larger companies can request a full training team, instructor led classes, and full learning facilities, all on-site. This tailor-made solution provides an on-site learning centre, where employees can fully maximize the learning opportunities, without leaving the workplace.
